This is an autobiography of C. Rokhuma that focus on his experience of the event of the opening of the road to Phawngpui tlang, which is the highest mountain in Mizoram. The book is divided into three parts. The book critically studies the road made under the government as well as the people he encounters along the way. the author also made a comparative study between the steps taken to reserve Phawngpui and Dampa.
