[...] In the course of the debate the Hon'ble Sir George Rainy and the Hon'ble Sir George Schuster explained that the decision taken by Government not to refer the case to the Tariff Board was not final and had reference only to the circumstances at the time and promised that the matter would be re-examined in the light of the events that had happened since the previous decision was taken.
