39) Chapter 39 An Act to amend the Government of India Act 1935 with respect to the quhlifications of members of the Governor-General's Kecntive to extend temporarily the powers of the Indian Lq gislatur to make laws to amend 'sub--section (4) of section one humlred and of the said Act as to the effect of laws passed by virtue of.1.
