The improvement of the sanitation of the town and the cause of female education are the two principal objects of the. [...] N. P. Baiva read a paper on the “ Aims and objects of the Order of the Sons of India.” The paper was also printed and circulated as a prospectus of the Order issued by the Burma centre. [...] The question of substitution of “ in the name of the Triple Gem ” for “ in the presence of the Supreme Lord ” is under circulation for opinion A proposal is also going round to form a league of a few selected daughter of India. [...] If you are not a good citizen in the town you cannot be a good citizen in the wider area of the province of the mother-land of the Empire. [...] For example it would be very interesting to read a careful account of say the starting and management of schools for the depressed classes or of the way in which training is given to young men in First Aid or of the working of night schools and of the many activities which a Lodge finds it useful to organise in its district.
