It is for the students who are the future builders of our country to give due place in the scheme of their studies to Sanskrit which is the vehicle of one of the greatest religious philosophical and ethical systems of the world. [...] Mookherjee Governor of West Bengal exhorted the learned audience to take up the cause of the propagation of Sanskrit Learning in right earnest and made many practical suggestions including one regarding the publication of a Sanskrit Journal by the PracyavaniMandir. [...] He hailed the decision of the Government of West Bengl for the establishment of a Sanskrit University in West Bengal and commeded the untiring activities of the Pracyavani Mandir ever since its foundtion in 1943 to this end. [...] In augurating the function the Vice-Chancellor of the Calcutta University also commended the decision of the Government to establishment of a Univerity in West Bengal. [...] Pannalal Bose Minister for Education West Bengal also hailed the activities of the Pracyavani Mandir for the propagation of Sanskrit learning and said that along with the establishment of a Sanskrit University and other provisions for the development of Sanskrit studies the Pandits will certainly get greater facilities now than before for the propagtion of Sanskrit Learning which is so dear
