The Registrar reported that consideration of the following item was postponed at the meeting of the Senate dated the 25th August 1951 :- The Syndicate to recommend to the Senate that as recommended by the Executive Committee of the Council"1951.] 5 of Post-Graduate Teaching in Arts the post of anyllonorary Assistant Lecturer be created in the Department of Coparative Philology for a perio [...] Resolved—That the Executive Committee recommend that the Registrar be requested to move the Senate for the creation of the post of an Honorary Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Comparative Philology for a period of one year." Resolved—That the Syndicate recommend to the Senate that as recommended by the Executive Committee of the Council of Post-Graduate Teaching in Arts the post of an H [...] (2) The Proceedings of the Executive Committee of the Council of Post-Graduate Teaching in Arts dated the 22nd May 1951 were referred to the Committee appointed to consider the Proceedings of the Board of Accounts dated the 27th to the 29th December 1950.
