The family collection of Pema Choephel held in Bangalore India. A collection of Lama Mani objects, thangkas and texts belonging to Pema Choephel's late father Buchen Pema Tsewang. A collection of items passed down through generations of Lama Mani in Tibet and brought to India where Buchen Pema Tsewang continued to perform in exile. Extent and format of original material: Three Series. This Fonds contains the following 3 Series. EAP1016/1/1: Objects [Early 18th century] EAP1016/1/2: Thangkas [Late 19th century-Early 20th century] EAP1016/1/3: Texts [18th century-Mid 20th century].
