The video is a recording of the National Painting Camp held at the Government College of Art and Craft, Agartala on 11th March, 2010. The camp was organized by the college in association with Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi. The camp was attended by 10 artists. The recording shows scenes of the opening ceremony, cultural programme, painting camp, exhibition of the works and the closing ceremony.
