Lecture by Bill Hatson on post Abstract non-obejctive art

The video is a recording of a lecture delivered by the American artist and educator Bill Hutson at Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi. The title of his lecture is “Post-Abstract Non-Objective Art” where he looks at the world of abstract non-objective art especially abstract art which is practiced in the postmodern art world of installation and performance arts. Images from the exhibition of 22 artists of African descent which he curated called Something To Look Forward To were shown during the lecture as well as images of the works of African-American artists like Hale Woodruff, Beauford Delaney, Alma Thomas and Edward Clark.
