Floating ball : the exhibit

In this video we show that if we press the switch to activate the blower and keep the ball in the stream of air and observe that the ball stays in the mid-stream. As the reason high speed air pushes the ball up in the air till this upward gravitational force. It can also be explained with Bernoulli’s principle, which states that in a steady flow, the sum total of potential energy and kinetic energy of air stream remains constant. We know that fluids flow from higher pressure area to lower pressure area. So, the surrounding air pushes the ball from all the sides and keeps the ball in the mid-stream.
