Lal Hlau Lo Thi is a historical novel by Colnel Lalzuia. The main intention of the story is to convey the value of freedom. The story revolves around the character of Dama who hides his treasure, a necklace from the Chief as he fears that it might be taken away from him. It was only after his death, when the people gained freedom that his wife has the courage to put on the necklace.
