Mizo Infiamna

This is a book that lists out the different Mizo indigenous sports, published by the Senior Research Officer of Tribal Institute in Aizawl, Mizoram. The book is divided into six parts, each containing a number of chapters. Each chapter is dedicated to a particular sport that discusses the rules and regulations of the sport, its nature and the technique. Through the book, we can observe that there are sports, meant specifically an age group or gender.
