Fundamental Rights and Socio-economic Justice in the Indian Constitution

This book endeavours to show, with the help of Constituent Assembly debates and by interpretation of relevant constitutional provisions and by critical analysis of judicial pronouncements, that the Constitution stipulated a position of importance for socio-economic justice provisions without minimizing the value of fundamental rights.
