This work is based on a series of lectures that the author gave at Delhi University in 1933. He spoke on 'Economic Consequences of the Proposals of the Round Table Conference'. Through its ten chapters, it comments on India's governance, the financial resources, productive activities in rural and urban areas, etc., and concludes with an outlook for the future of India.
