It is a trowel with inscription saying "Bharat ke Pradhan Mantri Jawaharlal Nehru ne 12 Mai 1955 ko yeh patthar rakha." The trowel was used by Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru for putting a foundation stone (of some building). It is made of silver using modern moulding techniques.
