It is a handmade Rajasthani style earrings (karanphul jhumka) of gold, comprising of diamond cluster flowerhead with a faceted ruby in the centre surrounded with a row of red enamel petals. The cupola kundan set with diamonds in a floral design on a blue enamel ground and a multi-tiered pearl fringe suspended from blue enamel loops.
