A Rajasthani style of painting, created on paper using watercolors. The painting shows a scene from Bhagwata depicting the celebration of birth of Krishna. It depicts on the left Yashoda lying on a cot within front Krishana inside a pavilion. One female stand by her cot. Below are seen seated four ladies in the groups of two facing each other. On the right side Nandji is listening some religious discourse. A lady with folded handstands behind the Brahman. Below a man is dancing and three musicians are playing on different musical instruments. In this painting, the ladies are dressed in ghanghara choli and odhani, one man in dhoti and others in jama attire, kamarbandh and pagri on his head. The inscription is written in Devanagri script.
