This painting belongs to the Pahari school of painting which depicts two Gosains seated on a padma flower very close and facing each other. They are clasping each other's hand. One of them holds a lotus in his left hand. One has long moustaches, black beard, wears a conical cap, orange-red striped jama. The other one who is clean-shaven also wears a cap and orange-red striped gown, yellow background, red border with a black line.
