Shiva Chopping Brahma's Head

A Pahari style of painting, created on paper using watercolors. Bramha and Shiva are depicted in a narrative scene. The painting shows, on the left side Brahma and Shiva seated on square platforms on the bank of river. In the next scene, a lady is seen moving on the extreme right followed by Brahma and Shiva. Shiva is shown cutting the fifth head of Brahma with his Trishula. The cut head is seen on the ground. In this painting, a lady dressed in saree, Shiva in chal and Brahama in Dhoti and kamarbandh.
