This painting belongs to the Pahari school of painting which depicts a devotee seated on a piece of white cloth under a plantain and holding a flower in the right hand and a bell in the left hand, is offering prayers to Sivalinga. A rosary and puja accessories are lying in front of him on the ground. The devotee wears jamani coloured dhoti and a yellow coloured chadar to cover his shoulders and the body. He has black moustaches turned upwards at the ends and a trimmed beard, a shaven head, with a tuft of black hair at the top. Grey background and green foreground and red border on two sides.
