Krishna on a Cot

A Rajasthani style of painting created using water colour. The painting is illustrated in Devanagari script. Illustrated manuscript of Shrimad bhagawata Purvadha Dasham Skandh containing 182 folios and 310 pictures. The back page shows a king seated on his throne with an attendant standing behind him and Krishna on his side. In front one man in red achkan is seen offering a round object to the king. Behind him three men are seen seated with folded hands and three men are seen standing facing left. The front page shows a lady lying on a cot and Krishna is seen seated over her. Another lady is seen standing on left side in a palace.
