An Indian artist, D. L. N. Reddy, created an artistic work titled 'Engraving-20' using etching print. It is now exhibited in the National Gallery of Modern Art, New Delhi.

- D L N Reddy was born in 1949 in a small village in Andhra Pradesh. He did his Diploma in Painting from Fine Arts College, Hyderabad, in 1969. He then joined the MS University, Baroda, in 1971, to study graphics art. His works reveal his penchant for producing amazingly volumnesque effects with the greatest economy of means. The nude figure, for instance, whether squatting, reclining or sitting, is a leitmotif in several of his paintings. In the best of his nudes, there is a raw physicality. In some of the twisted, bifurcated faces of the nude figures; there are clear echoes of Picasso. He has worked with various mediums, including graphics, sculpture, oils and even glass. _x000D__x000D_
