The video is a presentation on the Art Conclave- North East, an artists’ camp which was organized for seventeen artists from the North East by the Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi in collaboration with the Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi. The Art Conclave was dedicated to the memory of Dr. M.S. Randhawa. The conclave took place from the 27th of January, 2010 to the 2nd of February, 2010 at Chandigarh. The video is a recording of the opening ceremony of the conclave.
