Discusses a copy of a letter that he received written by Seamus O'Brien to the Television Sub-Committee of the Board of Control for Cricket in India that contain defamatory allegations in reference to the blue prints for providing televised cricket coverage from the Caribbean. Attached is a memo from Bill Sinrich to Eric Drossart about the CSI defamation. In addition, there is the attached copy of the letter that was written to the Television Sub-Committee. O'Brien claims to know about certain dissatisfaction with TWI's performance. All of the allegations McCormack claims to be untrue. He wants to send letters to the Board and to TWI apologizing for the letter and withdrawing the allegations.
