Research in Progress Semi-tailored dress made of pieces of red satin with flared skirt and tight-fitting sleeves. Gold and silver couched patterns closely packed cover the top of shoulders and arms, bib-like section on the front, which has one pendant, narrow border at bottom edge, and all seams. The couched yarn is either gold or silver wrapped. Note how the color of the couching yarn modifies the color of the metal wrapped yarn, which is being secured. Open pocket on the right side and braid buttons.
