Research in Progress Symmetrical horizontal repeat of carnations within dentate medallion alternating with a decorated palmate leaf form; both within a framework of mauve arabesques and fine twining stems, leaves and flowers. Scrolling floral guard band at bottom with decorated mauve guard strips above and below. In greens, turquoise, yellow, tans, browns, and purple on a tan ground.
