Research in Progress Square table cover or hanging of dark blue cotton, backed with natural-colored cotton. Embroidered in purple, yellow, green, and white silk in solidly worked squares and triangles, interpsersed with mirror pieces. Center enframed by four outer borders, varying in widths. Piece edged with applique, embroidered with circular motifs and mirror insets.
