College Students, Sialkot, Pakistan, ca.1910

“College Students Sialkot.” Group portrait of well dressed indigenous men. The photograph possibly shows one of the classes for the Scottish Mission College. The college was opened in 1889 by Dr. Youngson and taught languages, sciences, math, history, and gospel subjects. The college, now known as the Murray College, was nationalised by the Pakistan Government in 1972.
