Slide Series, Bangladesh 1990: "Leprosy - the old scourge" - No. 07: Patient with leprosy nodules. This patient does not have any own resistance, and here the bacilli have set themselves as skin nodules, beginning to burst. With this kind of symptoms, we are talking about nodule leprosy. Unlike ulcers caused by damage due to numbness of hands and feet, these nodules excrete leprosy bacilli, making the patient further infectious.
