Notes taped to box and inside removed to folder. Digitized from tape reel, 5", 7 1/2 ips, 2 tracks, monaural. Leader added; High Amount of Hiss on Tape; Part 1 recorded at 1.875ips, part 2 at 7.5. Small pieces of paper stuck in reel. Removed and placed in box. Digitizer also photographed the box information. The Johanna L.
