Fast food: Bangladesh

In northern India they are called dahi puri, in Bangladés they know them as fuchka. These small balls are fried and inflated by air. They are then carefully opened and filled with vegetables, meat or fish. En el norte de la India se llaman dahi puri, en Bangladés las conocen como fuchka. Estas pequeñas bolas se fríen y se inflan de aire. Luego se abren con cuidado y se rellenan con verduras, carne o pescado.
