Helpers are facing massive problems in the aftermath of the Nepal quake. World in Progress talks to Heiko Grosspietsch, one of the organizers of the private NGO Shanti in Kathmandu. Grosspietsch is currently camping outside, along with many volunteers and local people. His organization is expanding its aid efforts to quake victims.
