Mask, naga rasse. Sri Lanka Ceylon (Ormdjävul). Ansikte rött upp till de gula ögonlocken och ögonbrynen ormarna i kronan blå och svarta, de senare tecknade i vitt. Av de ur näsborrarna framkommande ormarna är den ena blå, den andra vit. Över öronskivorna en röd och, en vit orm med svarta teckningar. Höjd: 55 cm. Bredd: 61 cm. Iconography The upper structure of the mask comprises five broad cobra-hoods resembling a crown. The cobras are intertwined and attached to the holy spot, tilaka (Sin.), between the eyes. Two cobras frame the circular ear-discs. Two small cobras issue from each nostril forming a decorative pattern. Two cobras issue from the corners of the mouth. The face is broad and painted in red.
