India Dansdräkt som som kommit till museet genom gåva av f.d. chefen för Dansmuseet Bengt Häger. Dräkten har tillhört hustrun Lilavati som är den indiska klassiska 1900-tals dansens förgrundsfigur. Ett 20-tal dräkter ingår i gåvan, klassiska indisk dräkt, och dräkt som övrgår mot modern indisk dans. Lilavati kom till Sverige på 1950-talet, och har gjort ett stort antal föreställningar. Dräktöverdel av grön siden (?) med invävda metalltrådar i ett randigt mönster, bårder av vävda band i rött och metalltrådar runt midjan och de korta ärmarna. Fodrad med ett bomullstyg i grönt. Överdelen bär spår av att ha varit mycket använd. Solkig, fläckar, veck. Solkig av smink vid alla ytterkanter såsom halskant osv.
