The first Legate ever nominated by the Pope to represent him at an important function in India, the Most Reverend Leo Peter Kierkels received an enthusiastic welcome when he arrived at the Island Grounds, Madras, India. The Most Rev Leo Kierkels is the Apostolic Legate to the Eucharistic Congress in India._x000D_
