The Album folio conatins 2 newspaper clippings placed one below the other. The clipping on the top is provided with the description below as "THE PUNDIT'S NEW PALACE. The building is Oriental in design, and is in reinforced concrete, not a stone being used in construction. The pundit has his own water supply and the very latest western conveniences with a minaret and dome surmounting the building. The work was done by daily labour, which the pundit found more economical than the contract system". The clipping at the bottom has the description below as "Sometimes the houseboat goes aground and in the picture even the floor boards have been removed in order to push it off again".
