This large brick temple is located in Matsyendra Bahal in Bungamati. A long stairway leads to the offcenter main entrance. The doorway has a torana of Hayagriva Bhairab. The struts which support the two metal roofs are carved with different deities including Bhairab. The temple was renovated in 1859 by Muniraj Tharpa Prabhriti. The priest is a Shakya.
