Disturbed by the Indian State repression and atrocities on the Sikhs in 1980-90 decade, this book puts fo0rth the idea of a creation of an autonomous state for the Sikhs. Despite all the arguments put forth in favour of a Sovereign Sikh state, it appears to be a Utopian idea. It is neither feasible nor viable in the modern context. It is at best a subjective speculation
