Guru - Jot - Prakash

1 Jan 1991

The author in this book tries to build a thesis that the ten Sikh Gurus, despite being ten different human manifestations, were in fact incarnations of the only one and same Divine Reality which finally got vested in Sri Guru Granth Sahib. The whole emphasis is on the fact the ten Sikh Gurus were the embodiments of the Supreme Divine and preached and propagated the divine attributes of universal fatherhood of God and brotherhood of man. They taught through, precept and example, the universal values of love, service, equality compassion and charity to their followers irrespective of their belonging to different castes, regions and faiths. Each Sikh Guru programmed his teachings to serve the same cause. The author's analysis of each Guru's contribution is supported by facts and statements of contemporary figures.
