The construction of Sikh shrines associated with the Sikh Gurus and running a community kitchen for feeding the pilgrims are considered among the highest religions services among the Sikhs. Some Sikh saints have rendered amendable services in this field. This booklet-cum-guide book gives a brief description of the Sikh shrines located at and around Nanded (Maharashtra) which are associated the tenth Sikh Guru Sri Guru Gobind Singh. The road map and photograph of each shrine along with the brief account narrates its historical background and topographical location. The mixture of prose and verse in description adds to the variety of this account use of poetical devices in verse shows the author's command over language. But it is be valued more for its guidance and information than for its literary merit.
