One of the main differences between the Northern and the Southern Recensions is the enumeraticn of chapters and stanzas in each of the Parvans of the Mahabharatal. [...] It is written by one of the Niiyak Rijas of Tanjore (Raghunitha) in the beginning of the 17th century A. D The following are the portions of the various commentaries on the Mahibhirata deposited in this library with their names and authors as far as available. [...] It is the oldest of the commentaries on Rinskyaos and is of the greatest use in determinivgs interpolations of the Epic.
