[...] It is a Court belonging to class II that is the Court of the Subordinate Judge of the First class in the Bombay Presidency and the Court of the Subordinate Judge in the other two Presidencies. [...] But if the contract is made in Bombay and the goods are to be delivered to you in Madras and I fail to deliver the goods to you in Madras a part only of the cause of action (namely the making of the contract) is said to arise in Bombay and a part (so far as the breach is concerned) in Madras.
