We know that the authorities are ever alive to the high responsibility of the police they are aware of the onerous and hard duties the police have to perform at all times particularly in any emergency and we feel sure that the members of our Force too will rise up to the occasion and maintain the tradition of the Bengal Police. [...] 1 am a layman and I am trying to write the notes in as simple a way as possible but I should very much like any interested reader to show them to his local police doctor with a view to the identification of the species of mosquitoes prevalent in the locality as in the case of the nodangerous mosquito the only steps necessary are really for the killing of the mosquito to prevent annoyance wh [...] By heredity the nucleus of the ovum and the spermatozoon each contributes in some degree to the physical and mental make-up of the embryo.
