Summary
It condemns in unmistakable terms the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the few through capitalist aggrandizement and the consequent wage-slavery and economic exploittion of the peasant and the worker. [...] The management of this organistion is vested in: (a) The Managment Committee consisting of (1) the Executive Officers (2) twenty reprsentatives of the general membership to be elected at the Annual General Meeting (3) One representative from each of the Branches and of the affliated Societies (4) The Chairman and Secretaries of Standing Sub-Commitees Conveners of special Sub-Com [...] According to the findings of the committee the failure of the team was due to a coplete lack of coperation on the part of the members of the team. [...] This is the natural outcome of the prevailing mistrust that in spite of the League of Nations exists in the heart of hearts of every government in the Old and the New World. [...] The vilifcation continued in terms that grew more and more violent and by way of a climax the voice appealed to the workers of all nations to unite in puting down the tyranny of their rulers and to establish a universal rule of the proletariat.
