CONVOCATION OF THE INDIAN FOREST COLLEGE AND THE INDIAN FOREST RANGER COLLEGE DEHRA DUN The third convocation of the Indian Forest College marking the ceremonial close of the third biennial course and the convocation of the Indian Forest Ranger College now an annual feature since the reintroduction of an annual intake and overlapping classes were held toge [...] He then presented the dilomas and prizes to the outgoing students of the Indian Forest College which was folloed by the presentation of the certificates and prizes to the outgoing students of the Indian Forest Ranger College. [...] In my report at the last convocation of the College in IN:2 P referred to the expansion of the College accommodation to meet the needs of the growing classes and I expressed the opinion that the College was fortunate in its excellent accommodation in this fine Forest Research Institute building.
