[...] Our educational system must provide for the development and utilisation of all the latent energy in the children and the young people of this country. [...] We have come back to our task and have now formed a Provincial Council of Education on which are represented the respective Chairmen of the several Boards with the Minister of Education as the Chairman of this Council. [...] That means that Governments of the future will have to act according to the wishes of the electorate and persuade the people of the rightness of their convictionor resign and make room for alternative Governments.
