[...] It is noticeable from the report of the Conciliation Officer that Sri Jahar Ghosh and the 7 signatories of the written statement do really represent all the workers whose case is before the Tribunal for adjudication and they are undoubtedly the persons referred to in the order of reference. [...] Although the written statement is headed as one filed on behalf of the Union the fact of the matter is that in spite of misleading head notes it has been actually sled on behalf of the workers of the Company whose grievances are set out therein and who claim redress therefor from the Tribunal.
