(111)-19 (27)/53.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Essential Commodities Distribution Order 1953 I hereby direct that with immdiate effect and until further orders the maximum retail selling prices of the undementioned radios shall be as shown below against each:— Sl. (111)-5 (111)/53.---In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Essential Commodities Distribution Order 1953 I hereby direct that with immediate effect and until further orders the maximum retail selling prices of the undermentioned varieties of Paper shall be as indicated below against each:— Maximum SI. (2) 4 (19)/53.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Essential Commodities Distribution Order 1953 I hereby direct that the ceiling retail prices of' drugs and medicines fixed in the Ministry of Industries Gazette Notfications issued or which may hereafter he issued from time to time shall be inclusive of all incidental charges such as cost of packing and freight from [...] But if in any case the retailer has paid a local tax cess or toll at a rate of not less than I % of the retail value of the drug or medicine sold he may add to the price the actual amount of such local tax cess or toll so paid. [...] 5. For the sale of split quantities of drugs and medicines the ceiling price shall be worked out pro-rata according to the price fixed for the smallest packing ; and where necessary the retail price of the split quantity may be rounded off so as to facilitate payment in the nearest pice.
