1452) dated the 14th December 1935 from the Secretary Councils of Post-Graduate Teacing in Arts and Science forwarding the following extract from the Proceedings of the Executive Committee of the Council of the Post-Graduate Teaching in Science dated the 12th December 1935 :- The Secretary reported that the term of appointment of the following mebers of the staff as Bony. [...] Ordered—That the candidate be informed that his case will be favourably considered on payment of the usual nocollegiate students' fee and on the production of a certificate from the Head of the Department of Physiology showing that he has attended Practical classes in the subject up to the M. Sc. [...] Note.—The column of the Transfer Certificate showing the reasons for leaing the school bears the following remarks— Option of the guardian." Read also a letter dated the 18th December 1935 from the Director of Public Instruction Bengal forwarding for consideration copy of a letter No. [...] The Superintendent of the Camp in forwarding the application observes that the exemption prayed for cannot be recommended as the delay was due to the neglgence of the detenu.
